This means that we will do what it takes to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily provide you replacements or refunds up to 30 from the date of purchase.

Refunds and Replacements Policy
Orders placed on dietarydose.com are immediately processed and packed in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Because of this, we are usually unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed.
That being said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If your order is not working out for any reason, we are happy to send you a replacement order or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Since our products are supplements, we do not restock or resell any returned product, and cannot accept exchanges.
To request a refund or replacement, please reach out directly to support@dietarydose.com with your name, order number and specific reason for your refund or replacement request.
A member of our customer experience team will reach out to you once we receive your request. Please note that we may require proof of purchase if we cannot verify your order.
Refunds are issued directly back to the credit card or payment method used to make the purchase. It should be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days from the date you receive a refund notification.
If after 5 business days you still do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no pending refunds. You can always reach back out to our customer experience team and we will be happy to confirm the refund has been processed.
